For scraping lemon peel (use untreated fruits!). The freshly scraped peel has an intense, tangy-fresh aroma. The scraper does not damage the peel so that the white skin underneath, which contains the bitter constituent, remains untouched. Tip: is also ideal for producing very fine strips of vegetables.
