Should your package be damaged in transit, Hanna-Browne.com will replace or refund - free of charge - your purchase. Claims must be made within seven (7) days of receipt of damaged goods. We may request a photograph or return of goods to substantiate the claim. No items may be returned to us without our prior consent.
If your shipment does not arrive within 21 days of purchase please contact us for further information. If the package is determined to be lost, we will reship at no extra charge or refund the full purchase price.
You may cancel your order in writing (email, fax or letter) within seven (7) days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase value, provided the goods are returned to us unused, in good condition and in the original packaging. Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable; and, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any goods returned after this seven- day period (other than faulty or damaged items) will be subject to a 20% restocking and administration charge.
Hanna & Browne reserve the right to make a charge for the reshipment of goods if a package is returned to us due to failure of delivery. |
